Ming Chen, a single father with dreams of stardom, finds solace in singing on a radio station, his closest connection to his aspirations. The radio becomes a cherished companion for his daughter Guomei,accompanying them throughout her growth and creating invaluable memories. One day, Ming Chen awakens in his hometown to find his family indifferent, seemingly unable to see him.In confusion, he discovers his own funeral is underway. Faced with the realization that he won't properly bid farewell to his beloved daughter after death, Mingqing desperately wishes someone would notice his existence. Despite repeated failed attempts to convey his unspoken words, Ming Chen, filled with regret, discovers a faint chance for his daughter to hear his thoughts. In this poignant story, each person faces the inevitability of life and death. Through the funeral ceremony, the two individuals unable to communicate directly find genuine emotional connection. The unspoken paternal love is recorded in the radio, and ultimately, father and daughter understand each other's departure. "No Propitious Time to Say Goodbye" the story emphasizes the timely expression of love.
