We aim to transform the long-abandoned Xingda Village into a multifaceted hub integrating dormitories, parks, and short-term rental spaces. Our vision is to create a novel form of student housing that seamlessly combines everyday living with recreational amenities, making the site a new leisure hub in the area.

Revamping dormitories and campus facilities to create diverse communal spaces, establishing new leisure hubs within the area.

Breaking the conventional mold of room layouts to foster diverse and versatile student dormitories.

Reclaiming long-term neglected dim underground spaces.

The multifunctional interactive leisure space will establish this site as a new focal point in the region.
