Proposal for a revitalisation measure using the 'inner circle' of the “Kira Kira Tachibana shopping street
The Kira Kira Tachibana shopping street is characterised by close communication between shopkeepers and customers. While this feature is an attraction for regular customers, it is also a reason for people who are not familiar with the shopping arcade to avoid using it. This study examines the contradictory nature of this 'inner circle' and explores ways of attracting new customers to shopping streets by making use of it.

Investigation of methods to uniquely communicate taste using the senses

A method was sought for communicating the sensation of taste, which is difficult to describe in words, as it is a sensation. Taste is not only a taste, but also a complex experience of the five senses. By reconstructing taste with the senses of touch and sound, which are said to have few individual differences, I thought it would be possible to express taste sensually while maintaining uniqueness. Based on the findings obtained through repeated prototyping, an exhibition was produced.
