A method was sought for communicating the sensation of taste, which is difficult to describe in words, as it is a sensation. Taste is not only a taste, but also a complex experience of the five senses. By reconstructing taste with the senses of touch and sound, which are said to have few individual differences, I thought it would be possible to express taste sensually while maintaining uniqueness. Based on the findings obtained through repeated prototyping, an exhibition was produced.

Investigation of a simulated experience device for the elderly that reproduces tremor symptoms

Through simulated experiences of the elderly on the subject of tremor, it is expected that younger generations and healthy individuals will become aware of the restrictions and difficulties in the lives of the elderly, and provide empathy and understanding. In this study, a vibration function was used in the body of the writing instrument to generate pseudo tremor, with the aim of proposing materials that simulate the experience of the elderly in the writing movement.
