Sheepy

Department of Media Design, Tatung University

Children with ADHD are very sensitive to external stimuli, making it more difficult for them to complete their bedtime to-do lists regularly and fall asleep peacefully. This problem not only affects the child's daily routine, but the caregiver also feels tired and stressed due to frequent supervision. The design concept of Sheepy is a low-disturbance interactive mode, breaking down the steps before going to bed into the form of "short instructions" to guide children to establish a bedtime routine through the sensor card mode, effectively and stably transition to sleep state, and create Good sleep quality.
