Spending time in nature reminds you of beauty of family, important days in life such as birthday and day of marriage. This is a proposal of accommodation facility where one can spend time with their close friends and families. The exterior refers to the roofs of traditional home in Hida area, notable for its gentle slope. The furniture and flooring materials in the interior uses vernacular cedar products from ‘Hida Industry’

WACKOMARIA GUILTY PARTIES

Proposing a flagship store of WACKOMARIA in fashion city Uraharajyuku, with the theme of ‘GUILTY PARTIES’. The design is based on the idea ‘Doubting the orthodox’ which is the taste of WACKOMANIA. The space is composed by various altered sections that connect the main street to the back alley. Not only a boutique, the proposal includes bar, event space, art installation, and members’ salon, emphasizing experimental communication.
