Suggestions on how to promote occupational therapy services to customers.

This study aimed to improve sales of an occupational therapy service called "Plant Puzzle Therapy" developed by Atelier POSY, a company in Chiba, Japan. Research surveys and proposals were conducted to discover the problems faced by this service and to resolve the issues.
Plant Puzzle Therapy is an occupational therapy service that uses plants, aromatherapy, and welfare, conducted by occupational therapists with knowledge of plants, aromatherapy, and welfare, among other qualifications. However, the company has struggled to increase sales since the service was launched. Analysis of the company revealed that awareness of the service was low. Based on the above, as a measure to increase awareness, we proposed the use of a marketing effectiveness analysis tool using Google Analytics, which enables detailed analysis of SNS marketing and website access.
