The word "洄Hui" in "洄郵Hui You*" comes from the ancient name Hui Lan in the Hualien ; the word "Migration" refers to regular back-and-forth movement, such as a mobile mail van sticking to its post. The English name "Tai.ONE" combines Taiwan and One, symbolizing the uniqueness of the mobile mail van in Taiwan.(*郵You represents mails)

In Hualien Yuli, a mobile mail van shuttles back and forth between the valleys. For decades, it has grown together with the residents and established a deep companionship. It not only brings letters and supplies from the outside world, but more importantly, endless care and warmth.

The book records the humanistic sentiments of Taiwan's only mobile mail van in depth, and conveys the story of the mail van to more people, letting everyone understand its importance to local residents and the residents' emotional dependence on the mobile mail van. To preserve this cultural asset.

Book binding combines booklets of different sizes, folded postcards and A5 main books. The idea of folding postcards comes from the stops and routes along the route of the mobile mail van. This book introduces the history, functions and value of Taiwan's only mobile mail van, allowing the public to re-understand this special postal service. The booklet includes stories about people related to the mail van, as well as the authors' interview experiences. The postcard design uses Hualien Yuli as the theme to show its unique charm and style. The unique Yuli style stickers can be used to decorate handbags, notebooks, water bottles and other items to show your personality and creativity.

Emo Box

Department of Industrial Design, National Taipei University of Technology

Emo Box is an educational toy designed for children, primarily to train their empathy and perspective-taking skills by guessing each other's thoughts. It allows emotions to be represented in a three-dimensional manner, unlike traditional training methods that rely on facial expressions. By obstructing vision and prompting children to rely on tactile sensation to infer each other's thoughts, Emo Box aims to cultivate perspective-taking abilities.
