This study utilizes crushed corn cobs, a type of biomass waste, mixed with natural adhesives to explore their proportional relationship. It proposes a biodegradable cushioning material to reduce the use of plastic foam and other cushioning materials, offering a new direction for sustainable design in the packaging industry.
Heart-to-Heart: The Intimacy Talk Room integrates interactive experiences, sex education, and family communication. Through scenario-based interactions and guided discussions, children learn about bodily boundaries and issues related to sexual misconduct, while parents gain effective communication strategies. This approach shifts sex education from passive instruction to active dialogue. Through games and discussions, families can naturally engage in conversations about gender topics, fostering a more open home environment and building a foundation of trust and mutual support. Our project bridges the gap in parent-child communication by offering engaging, step-by-step educational games that promote mutual learning. Parents and children can explore a structured, game-based approach to sex education together, seamlessly integrating essential topics into everyday conversations. This approach helps normalize sensitive discussions, reduces stigma, and encourages open, informed dialogue. Through interactive play, the kit strengthens parent-child communication while promoting critical awareness of gender equality and healthy relationships.
