More than just a daily meal, Taiwanese breakfast represents local warmth and everyday life. We visited 40 traditional breakfast shops across Keelung, New Taipei, Taipei, and Taoyuan, creating an Offline Breakfast Map booklet and an interactive Online Taiwanese Breakfast Experience website. Together, they connect online and offline experiences, allowing users to explore the unique charm of Taiwan’s breakfast culture.
