Department of Industrial Design, National Taipei University of Technology, Taipei Tech

This sustainable cafe in Tainan focuses on circularity and zero waste. It uses earth bricks and low-VOC materials for climate regulation. Key innovations include furniture with 100% material utilization, recycling coffee grounds into clay, and a fallen-leaf fuel project. By transforming waste into energy and promoting direct trade, the project delivers a powerful message of environmental protection through a daily sensory experience.
