This sustainable cafe in Tainan focuses on circularity and zero waste. It uses earth bricks and low-VOC materials for climate regulation. Key innovations include furniture with 100% material utilization, recycling coffee grounds into clay, and a fallen-leaf fuel project. By transforming waste into energy and promoting direct trade, the project delivers a powerful message of environmental protection through a daily sensory experience.

Convert abandoned fallen leaves from the park into high-efficiency solid fuels. Import Kiosk to create a sense of psychological security. Made from natural earth bricks and non-toxic wood. Using soil bricks with temperature and humidity regulation functions can reduce air conditioning energy consumption.

"Gao Xu" uses Taiwan's traditional cake culture as a medium, combined with the timeline of the 24 solar terms, to re-establish people's perception and impression of seasons, culture and rhythm of life through visual pattern translation, innovative design, special printing and interactive experience, and transform traditional culture into a visual language and daily experience that can be understood by the contemporary world.
