Inspired by fixed shore nets, the design uses layered net materials to create permeability and spatial depth, softening the presence of the architecture itself. Circulation flows like guiding fish into a net, directing visitors through the space, while rows of columns symbolize floating buoys that define the site boundary. Beyond the traditional single-function fish market, the project introduces spaces for fish food education, dining markets, and an overwater dining experience, enriching the fishery with diverse cultural and tourism experiences.

Tierra’s Survival Diary

Dept. of Commercial Design Chung Yuan Christian University, Chung Yuan Christian University

Co-created with a drag queen, this project develops the character Tierra to challenge five common stereotypes through a diary-based narrative. By contrasting bare face and full makeup, it reveals the tension between authenticity and societal pressure. Through interactive paper dolls and social media stickers, the work invites audience participation while exploring identity, survival, and self-expression, ultimately advocating for gender equality and social justice.
