Brrrd aims to raise public awareness about bird-window collisions and prompt reflection on the impact of human architecture on avian life. Through the interplay of reality and illusion between actual windows and interactive projection installations, the project simulates bird strikes while combining visual and auditory sensory experiences. This deepens the audience's impression of the issue and encourages greater attention to bird conservation.
Children's Educational Air Purifier-Puffi
Department of Design, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology
Puffi, an integrated air-care system for early education, transforms invisible air quality into a vivid sensory experience. Using AR and storytelling, it visualizes environmental data to help children build self-protection awareness. Meanwhile, its IoT technology monitors indoor airflow to maintain a healthy learning environment, and automated data management reduces educators' workloads.
