"Canal Reflections" captures the "current appearance of the century-old canal" through film photography within the residential circles on both sides of the canal, documenting daily scenes of people, events, and objects. The work is presented through montage collage combined with AI imagery, and three photobooks are provided on-site for the public to browse, allowing viewers to more completely understand the lifestyle surrounding the canal. As 2026 marks the centenary of the Tainan Canal, we will utilize film photography and output methods such as transparent materials. This project anticipates that after the public observes the different facets of the canal, they will be able to feel its charm and preciousness
