This work uses a "red apple" as its visual core, connecting diverse time periods and spaces including science, fairy tales, urban life, and futuristic imagination. With a humorous and exaggerated American animation style, it explores the absurd connection between fate and chance.
Dream come true centers on the emotional connections of childhood memories, the restoration of family bonds, and community revitalization. From a personal perspective, the film uses animation to explore the culture of old streets, intergenerational caregiving, the revitalization of old houses, and social enterprise initiatives. This work seeks to strike a balance between “memory” and “action.” Through the protagonist’s journey of growth, it portrays the gentlest force in community revitalization—not by shouting for change, but by returning to the original intent behind it all and realizing dreams bit by bit. “This will be an animated short film depicting the emotional connection between people and their community, blending warmth, social action, and cultural preservation.”
