YODEX IAC Issue Unlock Workshop Registration Now Open!

Understand the Challenge Before You Start Designing

As industries continue to evolve, great design begins with understanding real-world problems.

To help students gain deeper insight into this year's industry challenges before proposal submission, the 2026–2027 13th YODEX Industry-Academia Cooperation (YODEX IAC) is launching the Issue Unlock Workshop Series. Through company presentations, industry trend sharing, and topic briefings, participants will explore the background behind each challenge and better understand what companies are truly looking to solve.

This year's workshops feature eight "Evolution" themes, each representing a key direction shaping the future:

Rather than providing ready-made answers, each workshop invites participants to understand the context behind the challenge, identify emerging opportunities, and build stronger foundations for future design proposals.
