Introduction
"Chawing" is the central theme of this exhibition, capturing the genesis of inspiration in animation and game design through a diverse visual language. The creative process is never linear—it is a dynamic collision and fusion of ideas, much like an experimental lab filled with unpredictability and wonder. Each work reflects this process, as designers mentally assemble elements like Lego bricks, constantly adjusting and reorganizing until abstract concepts take tangible form as compelling visuals.
The exhibition features a wide array of styles that merge various artistic influences, demonstrating the eclectic nature of multimedia design. To underscore the tension between reality and imagination, we utilize a contrast between grayscale and vivid color. Grayscale symbolizes the order and stability of reality, while color represents the boundless space of creativity and imagination. Their interplay mirrors the coexistence of dreams and logic within the creative journey.
What might initially appear chaotic is, in fact, guided by an underlying order—an invitation for viewers to witness how creators navigate disorder to discover structure, ultimately emerging from the labyrinth of inspiration with their own distinct creative vision.
Presenting both animation and game projects, this exhibition employs multiple media to explore the limitless potential of multimedia expression.
