Addressing underutilized school facilities from declining birth rates, Jin-Xue Elementary School is transformed into an intergenerational co-living habitat. Through spatial subtraction to break boundaries and an additive strategy of "4+1 cluster housing," the design manifests a framework for diverse generational roles. Intentional circulation paths foster spontaneous everyday encounters, evolving the century-old campus into a sustainable settlement that connects people with nature while reconstructing warm urban neighborhood ties.

This animation centers on the theme of “an old man and birds fighting over food.” Through exaggerated body language and comedic tension, it portrays the small yet absurd conflicts that arise in everyday life. Using a four-part narrative structure — “misunderstanding → conflict → turning point → reconciliation” — the story conveys the message that understanding and sharing can resolve conflicts. The story also combines comedic elements (such as the wig and the bird’s nest wig) with heartwarming moments (the birds protecting their babies and the old man eventually sharing a peaceful moment with them). Through laughter, the audience can experience the power of humor and kindness.
