Created from a deep care for families affected by Parkinson’s disease, the YouPaLe Smart Walker is specially designed for elderly users with Parkinson’s.
Equipped with an intelligent assistive sensing system, it moves smoothly with a gentle push, making every step easier and less strenuous.
After remaining stationary for two seconds, the wheels automatically lock to provide stable and secure support while standing still.
When tilting or sudden imbalance is detected, the emergency braking protection system activates instantly to help reduce the risk of falls.
Combining ergonomic shock-absorbing handles with smart technology, YouPaLe transforms innovation into compassionate companionship, empowering seniors to regain the dignity and confidence of walking freely.

Addressing the recycling challenges of traditional footwear, this project introduces a "Circular Footwear System." It repurposes discarded bicycle inner tubes into high-tenacity uppers and utilizes cutting scraps to develop circular bags, achieving maximum material efficiency. The core features a 3D-printed recycled TPU midsole combined with a repurposed airbag outsole. By employing a modular, adhesive-free structure, it replaces irreversible chemical bonding, ensuring easy disassembly and regeneration at the end of the product's life. This systematic integration practices resource circulation and lean manufacturing, defining a new standard for sustainable wearables.
