Inspired by the heated debates in everyday food culture—such as the north–south zongzi divide or the choice between steamed and deep-fried meatballs—this project transforms these “food wars” into a curated book format. By presenting opposing viewpoints alongside intriguing trivia and interpretive insights, the work offers a witty and lighthearted observation of contemporary culinary culture.

Demons and ghosts, back off! Junk food, back off! Khòng-bah khòng khòng, khòng bah khòng, bah khòng khòng. Pudding-ding-pu-pu-pu-ding-ding. Soy sauce or ketchup, which one are you putting on?

This product integrates posture sensing technology to detect lifting posture in real time. When incorrect bending occurs, it delivers instant audio and visual feedback to guide users toward proper movement. By reinforcing correct lifting habits through continuous use, it helps reduce the risk of lower back injuries in warehouse operations and enhances overall workplace safety.
